Cancellations Terms:

You are required to provide a minimum notice of 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or service. This notice period may vary depending on the specific service you have booked.

If you do not show up or arrive late than 15 mins for a scheduled appointment without prior notice or fail to cancel within the required timeframe, you will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, you will be charged the full price of the missed service.

There may be exceptions to the cancellation policy in cases of emergencies, serious illness, or other extenuating circumstances. We will consider such situations with compassion and understanding, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in one of these situations.
Please note cancellation fees are non-refundable.
